Ingredients

    1 !/2LBs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Strips, thawed
    2T Parmesan Seasoning
    1c Flour
    1c Potato Flakes
    1 Large Egg
    1c Milk
    Non Stick cooking spray

Directions

Pre Heat oven to 450
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Mix dry ingredients together in bowl
Mix egg and milk together in another bowl
Coat each chicken strip in dry mixture
Dip coated chicken into egg mixture
Re coat chicken in dry mixture
Lay chicken strips on baking sheet, let stand 5-10 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes, flip chicken, then bake for another 10-15 minutes (or until chicken is done)
