Ingredients

    1 cup chicken cutlet strips
    1 box of PC Mac & Cheese, prepared as box directs
    1/2 pkg of Green Giant Baby Mixed Vegetables
    1/2 cup homemade curry sauce

Directions

Cook mac & cheese as per package directions except in preparation of cheese sauce. Pan fry the chicken, cook the vegetables in the microwave as per package directions and then combine with the curry sauce.

After pasta is out of the pot: add 2 tbsp of margarine, cheese package, add enough milk to make a smooth sauce. Add pasta back to the sauce mixture and combine with meat mixture.

Serving Size: Makes Four 1/2 cup servings
