Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 cup Splenda for baking (or use real sugar if you are just gluten intolerant)
    1 cup smooth or chunky peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

Directions

Mix all together. Roll into 12 balls. Press with fork dipped in splenda in a criss cross pattern. Bake at 350 until light brown on edges or longer depending on how you like your cookies.
