Ingredients


    9-10 oz Angel Food Cake, No sugar added or Sugar free
    Jello Sugar Free VANILLA instant pudding -3.4oz pkg
    Crushed Pineapple, unsweetened, in 100% juice
    (do not drain)
    Cool Whip Fat Free or Lite 1 container (softened)
    Seasonal Berries : Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry
    Blueberry
    1/4 cup-1/2 cup each...your choice

Tips

Try pistachio pudding/pineapple/cool whip & top w/Kiwi fruit slices.
Other toppings besides could be Mandarin Oranges, peaches, or bananas too.


Directions

Mix undrained pineapple and dry pudding in bowl until blended. Gently stir in cool whip until smooth, set aside. Carefully slice cake into 3 layers (circles) laying them separately for a moment. Place first layer on serving cake plate, spread 1/3 of pudding mix, top with second layer, repeat and top with last layer, finish off with remaining pudding mix. Chill one hour, then top off with fresh berries before serving.
