Ingredients

*1 Box Duncan Hines Simple Mornings Cinnamon Streusel Muffin Mix
*1, 15oz Can of Pureed Pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)

Tips

Be very careful to look at the nutrition information if you do not use this muffin mix. When at the store I found that most of the cinnamon muffin mixes included trans fat, which is incredibly bad for you.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Mix together the pumpkin and muffin mix. Evenly distribute the mix between 12 greased or lined muffin cups. Top the muffins with the crumb topping (from the box). Bake the muffins for 16 to 19 minutes. Test that the muffins are done by using a toothpick.
