    2 Tbsp Flour
    2Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    3 Tbsp Truvia
    2 Tbsp Unsweetened Apple sauce
    2 Tbsp Skim Milk (or soy)
    1 egg white
    Splash of vanilla extract
    Pinch of Salt
    Fat Free whipped topping

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl or cup.
Place in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes
Top with Fat free whipped topping
