Ingredients

    Cabbage, one head medium
    1 Cup brown rice (makes two cups when cooked)
    Onion, one medium
    Turkey, 12 ounces
    Beef, top sirloin, 10 ounces
    Green beans drained, two cans
    Spices to taste include: Fennel seed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes.

Tips

Used chicken broth, precooked cabbage.


Directions

Pre-cook cabbage, add all ingredients and cook on low in slow cooker about 4 hours
