Easiest recipe I've made yet and low carb friendly!!The picture isn't mine, but it's the closest thing to what it comes out looking like! Delicious and I personally love cooking it in the crockpot. Ingredients

1 whole roasting chicken(3-4 pounds), rinsed
1 Tblsp organic expeller pressed coconut oil*
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp cayenne powder (or less)
Tips
Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil does not have any coconut smell or taste.
Directions
Turn crockpot on high and cover with lid.
Rinse and pat dry. Rub chicken with coconut oil.
In small bowl combine seasonings and cover chicken.
Place in crockpot and cook on low for 10 hours. Chicken will be falling off the bone and amazingly tender! Like "butter"!!
