    1/2 C BISQUICK
    2 TSP BAKING SODA
    1 TSP SALT
    COMBINE IN MIXER BOWL
    2 C WATER
    3/4 C OIL
    2 TBSP WHTIE VINEGAR
    2 TSP VANILLA
    ADD ABOVE TO DRY INGREDIENTS, BEAT MED SPEED 3 MINUTES.
    ICING (IF DESIRED)
    CREAM TOGETHER 1 EGG, 2 TBSP FLOUR, 2 TBSP MILK. ADD 1 TSP VANILLA AND 1 C 10X SUGAR, BEAT WELL. ADD 3/4 C CRISCO AND 1 MORE C 10X. BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY AND PUT ON COOLED CAKE.
    REFRIGERATE BECAUSE OF EGG IN FROSTING.
