Ingredients

6 oz of either skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1/4 cup 2% milkfat cottage cheese
1 tbsp all natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth, both work just fine)
1 scoop protein powder (I used chocolate from Designer Whey)
Honey or Agave Nectar
Ice cubes.
Blend it and LOVE IT.

Serving Size: Makes one smoothie about 12 oz size
