Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons Oat Bran (Quakers milled fine, very good)
    2 Tablespoons (1 oz.) Greek Non Fat Vanilla Yogurt (I used Chobani, any flavor can be used)
    1 Egg White
    1 packet Splenda or other sugar sub (optional)
    Non stick cooking spray

    Optional: Add a little cinnamon or vanilla to mixture for added flavor.

Tips

Serve with Sugar Free Syrup or Sugar Free jam or jelly. Make with Chobani Non Fat Black Cherry, Apple Cinnamon or Blood Orange....very tasty. Add an additional 5 calories and 3g of carbohydrates for using fruit flavored yogurt.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in 1 cup measuring cup that has a pourer.

Heat fry pan, spray with non stick cooking spray.

Pour mixture into pan, spreading it to make 5-6 inch pancake. Cover. Cook until top looks dry. Flip. Cook underside til brown. Slide onto plate.

Serving Size: Makes one 5-6 inch pancake
