    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 2 cup, unthawed(remove)
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, sliced(remove)
    *Fred Meyer Greek Yogurt, Blueberry, 2 serving(remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup(remove)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 6 tsp(remove)

Tips

i prefer to freeze bananas as well. apple juice can be used instead of milk and yogurt for a thinner, less milk shakey smoothy.


Directions

put all ingredients in a blender on grind/blend until thick and frothy but well blended. divide into 6 servings
