Ingredients

    8-12oz of Vanilla Greek yogurt
    1 cup whole frozen strawberries
    1 medium banana
    2 oz 2% milk
    2 oz coconut milk
    2 oz oat bran (this keeps you full longer)
    1 cup crushed ice

Tips

I don't like a strong yogurt taste so I only used 8oz.
The bran keeps you full longer (great for breakfast)


Directions

Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: makes 2 8oz cups servings
