Ingredients

    1/4 cup dry, uncooked oatmeal
    1 Tbsp almond butter (or your choice of any natural nut butter)
    1 scoop protein powder, vanilla is best
    1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
    1 Tbsp flax seed - whole or meal
    1 cup lowfat soy milk
    1/2 Tsp cinnamon
    Ice
    1/2 cup blueberries

    my variation - added 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

    Makes 2 - 8 oz servings

Directions

Puree all ingredients, adding ice to adjust consistency of smoothie.
