Ingredients

    1 can Canellini Beans, drained and rinsed
    1 Can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
    Genova ltalian tuna in olive oil, (use abot half of the oil in the salad)
    Artichokes,canned in water or frozen, defrosted or rinsed and drained
    Green Olives, chopped
    red wine vinegar to taste

Tips

Garbanzo beans are another good bean to use in this recipe.


Directions

Prepare ingredients and mix well. Let sit overnight in fridge for flavors to meld.
