Ingredients

    Slaw:
    1 c. Shredded Cooked Chicken
    1/2 c. Diced Celery
    1/4 c. Red Bell Pepper Diced
    1/4 c. Diced Onion
    1 Large Carrot Grated
    1/2 Cabbage Shredded

    Dressing:
    1/4 c. Cider Vinegar
    4 T. Rice Vinegar
    5 t. Sugar
    1 t. Salt
    2 t. Soy Sauce
    1/4 t. Garlic Powder
    1/4 t. Black Pepper

    Top with 1/8 c. Sliced Almonds

Directions

Mix all Slaw ingredients and set aside. Mix together all dressing ingredients and pour over slaw. Top with almonds. Makes 4 (1.25 c. servings)
