Ingredients

    Salmon - 4 cans
    3 scallions - minced
    1/4 cup parsley - minced
    1 tbl mustard
    1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
    6 tbl whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs to coat patties with (optional)

Directions

Mix everything together except half of the breadcrumbs. Form patties, coat with remaining bread crumbs & pan fry until golden brown.
