Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, diced
    2 small cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2- 14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth (low sodium)
    1 Tbsp. KAUFMAN1221's Chili Seasoning
    Pepper to taste
    1- 14.5 oz. can black beans
    Water as needed

Tips

You can also do this in the crock pot. Follow directions through step 3, then combine all the ingredients in a crock pot. Set to low for 3-4 hours.


Directions

1. Spray Chili pot with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Toss in onion and celery and saute until onion is slightly translucent. 3. Add ground turkey and brown. 4. Stir in the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
