Ingredients

    1/2C walnuts
    3T tamari
    2T extra virgin olive oil
    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    2C cauliflower, chopped
    2 1/2 C swiss chard or other green

Tips

Any kind of sauce is good to add too. Here we have Yumm Sauce which only makes it that much more yummy. Enjoy.


Directions

Dry saute walnuts, till roasted. Remove from heat.
Pour 1 T tamari and 2 T olive oil over chickpeas and stir. Place in hot pan, cover, shaking pan occasionally until chickpeas are browned. Add cauliflower and 1T tamari. Cook covered until cauliflower is brown but still crisp. Add swiss chard and 1T tamari and fry until wilted. Add roasted walnuts and stir to combine. Yumm!

Serving Size: Makes approx. 1 1/2 Cups for 1 serving
