    apples, fresh 3 medium
    pineapple, fresh 5 slices
    beet, fresh 2'
    lime, fresh unpeeled, 2'
    orange, fresh 4 large
    collard greens, 20grams
    ginger root, 2 one inch slices
    kale, fresh 2.6 grams

Tips

Alternate soft fruits with firm ones during processing. Roll kale and collard greens into a ball to process, follow with a firm fruit or vegetable.


Directions

Wash all fruits and vegetables. Peel oranges. Process all fruits and vegetables with juicer.
