Ingredients

    6 Egg Whites
    6 Tablespoons Honey
    60 g. Polyunsaturated Margarine.
    1 Cup Plain Flour
    2 Cups Sultanas
    4 !/2 Cups Ready Rolled Plain Oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup Almonds

Tips

Cook until just golden and cut into bars while still warm with a hot sharp knife. Store in an air-tight container for up to one week.


Directions

Lightly beat egg whites with sugar, honey and melted margarine, add the rest of the dry ingredients, press into a lined biscuit tray and bake in moderate oven for about 15 mins. Cut into bars while still warm. Can keep for up to one week from day of baking. Thats if they last that long.
