    1lb chicken boneless, skinless breasts, cooked and chopped
    .25 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1 apple, chopped
    .25 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
    .25 cup celery
    .25 cup dried cranberries


It works great with left over rotisserie or beer-can chicken made on the smoker.


Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix. I estimated the amounts I used last time I made this. Adjust to taste.
