    *Cadbury's Dairy Milk Chocolate (UK), 50 gram(s
    Butter, salted, 30 grams
    *Margarine Stork, 35 gram
    Olivio, Olivio Premium Spread with Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp, 2.5 serving
    Sugar, caster, 200g
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Almonds, 75 grams
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Walnuts, 80 grams
    Hazelnuts, 30 grams
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp

Tips

The combination of fats is to reduce the saturated fat content but all butter works well.


Directions

Melt chocolate. Whisk together fats and sugar to creamy consistency. Beat in eggs, chocolate and then remaining ingredients. Tip into a sandwich tin lined with parchment and bake for 30 mins at 180C
Cut into squares when cool
