Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 leg quarters (used with skin)
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2-3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Savory (Sage or Rosemary work as well)
    1 tsp. dried Thyme
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 shallow baking dish
    Foil to cover bottom of baking dish (just for easier clean up)
    Non-stick spray

Tips

Best served hot with steamed rice & veggies (not added in nutritional values)


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Place chicken in greased, foil lined baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
4. Brush mixture onto chicken.
5. Bake 50-60 min. or until thermometer reads 180 degrees F.
