Introduction

For those of us who miss pancakes or crepes! For those of us who miss pancakes or crepes!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 oz cream cheese
    1/4 c SF torani syrup (vanilla or caramel)
    4 eggs
    2 tsp cinnamon
    3 tbs butter

Directions

Mix ingredients together in blender or with hand mixer. It's easiest if cream cheese is very soft.

Melt butter in pan, apply a few drops of batter. Cook 4-5 minutes one side and 2 on the other... Works best if a thin layer.
