Made with Honey, Soy Milk, & Protein Powder
(I left the Eggs out of the batter to make some for my son who is allergic. They turned out great!)

Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    2 C Milk
    4 Tbsp Olive Oil (Could sub Applesauce?)
    2 T Honey
    Water as needed

    2 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1 C Whole Grain Oatmeal
    6 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 Servings EAS Whey Protein (4 Scoops)

Directions

Mix all Ingredients together. (Add water to reach desired Consistency.) Heat Skillet, (I have to spray mine w/ Olive Oil), Cook on Med-Med/Low until golden brown. Serve with Apple Sauce or Unsweetened fruit.

Serving Size: Makes 20-24 6.5" Dia Pancakes
