Ingredients

    6 tbl reduced sodium soy sauce
    4 tsp cornstarch
    2 tsp sugar
    3 tbl rice vinegar
    1.25 cups unsalted chicken broth
    12-16 oz center cut boneless pork chops cut into thin strips
    1 tbl olive oil
    1/2 head of cabbage sliced thin
    1 med carrot grated
    1 bag of bean sprouts
    1 bunch green onions sliced thin
    5 scrambled eggs

Tips

mix noodles or slaw at end and toss to coat and warm thru. Top with other half of green onions before serving.


Directions

In a large bowl, whisk soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, vinegar, and broth. Add pork and toss to coat. Set aside to marinade for 10 minutes. Warm oil in skillet on med high. Add pork and marinade and stir fry until pork is no longer pink. Add cabbage and carrots and cook till wilted. Add scrambled eggs and 1/2 of green onions and toss.
