    roasted red peppers (i.e. cut them and roast them in the oven)
    soy sauce
    honey mustard


I served this with roasted cauliflower, yum!
Just cut cauliflower, line it on a olive oil sprayed cookie sheet, salt/pepper/a little garlic powder. Cook at 425 for 12-15 min.


marinate chicken in soy, honey mustard, sriracha, garlic (appx 5 tbsp of the marinade, reserve some for later)
cook chicken in pan on medium heat, covered for about ten min
cut and roast red pepper in the oven for 15 min
saute onion in olive oil
add pineapple
add chicken and rest of the marinade
