Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    5 cups Lentils cooked
    8 cups Chicken stock, home-prepared, unsalted
    1 cup Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    1/2 cup Carrots, raw or 1 small carrot
    1 t *garam marsala
    1 T Curry powder
    3 t Salt or to taste
    1 cup *JUICE VEGETABLE Oasis 10 veggiecocktail
    1/8 t Pepper, black or to taste

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a 4 liter pot and bring to a boil;.
2. Reduce heat to low or simmer and cook for 2 to 3 hours with the cover on.
3. Adjust seasoning and and serve as is or puree half of the soup using a hand blender for a smoother texture.
