Introduction
This mini pita pizza is great as a snack or light meal. I also love it for parties because they cook super quick, and you can make them with a variety of different toppings throughout the night!If you wanted this for lunch instead of a snack, you might want to consider adding some grilled chicken to make it more filling. :) Even without the chicken it already has 15.4 g of protein! Ingredients

-1 Joseph's Oat Bran & Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pita
-1/4 cup (or less) Great Value Pizza Sauce
-1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese Made with 2% Milk
-Fresh Spinach, to taste (I use about a half cup)
Tips
If you're watching your weight, make sure to measure out the cheese. 1/4 cup is a serving of this mozzarella, but you may want to add another 1/8 cup if you like a lot of cheese. It'll just cost you an extra 35 calories or so!
I can also see this being really good with feta and black olives!
You could also definitely get away with using less sauce if you want to save yourself a few extra calories. :)
Directions
These instructions are for a toaster oven, but you can of course use a regular oven instead.
-Toast your pita bread on the "toast" setting, set at 450 degrees.
-Spread your pizza sauce on the bread.
-Add your spinach and/or any other toppings.
-Add your cheese.
-Switch the toaster oven to the "bake" setting, and keep it set at 450 degrees.
-Cook the pizza for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Slice the pizza into 4 slices and enjoy!
