Ingredients

    Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Tomato Sauce, 1/4 cup, 1 cup (remove)
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 0.25 cup (remove)
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Boil the peppers while you're browning the ground chicken. Add sauce to chicken mixture with spices as desired. Put mixture into peppers after boiling them for 10 minutes. Put in oven on broil setting with cheese on top until cheese is melted.
