Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 32 fl oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, diced, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz), chopped
    Milk, 2%, .25 cup
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tbsp
    Ground Mustard Powder, .25 tbsp
    Farmland 95% Fat Free Cubed Ham, 1 package

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 425 for at least 30 minutes or until edges are brown and center is no longer liquid.
