    1 Flatout foldit flat bread
    1 Microwaved egg
    1/2 oz. Yancey's Buffalo wing cheese
    1 tbsp. Ortega hot taco sauce

Directions

Microwave egg for 1 minute on power level 6 in a microwaveable egg container.
Coat flat bread with taco sauce.
Add egg and cheese to flat bread.
Put sandwich back in microwave for 10 more seconds.
