Ingredients

    2 c water
    1/3 can diced tomatoes, no salt added
    2/3 c celery diced
    1/2 small onion
    onion poweder, .5 ts
    pepper, .5 tsp
    garlic powder .5 tsp
    cabbage, 5.5 oz shredded, or thinly sliced
    1/4 small green pepper
    dash cayenne pepper
    2 tbsp chili powder

Directions

cook meat with vegetables. drain fat, if any. I used 93% so there was nothing to drain. Add tomatoes, spices, and water. Cook 1-3 hours and serve. Top with a dollop of sour cream, if desired (not included in nutritional calculations).

Serving Size: 2 1-1/2 to 2 cup servings *half the pot*
