Ingredients

    5 eggs
    2 gala apples
    1 c sugar
    1 c all purpose flour
    cinnamon

    PAM (or other spray for the pan)

Directions

Separate eggs, beat the egg whites with a bit of sugar, continue beating at high speed and add the rest of the sugar, add yolks one by one, at low speed add sifted flour, slice the apples and season with cinnamon, spray the baking pan then pour the batter into the cake pan, put the slices on top of the cake, bake at the preheated over of 350 F for about 35-40 min until done. Cool til room temperature and if you want then shake a pit of powdered sugar on top (not included in the calories). ENJOY!
