Ingredients

    4 tblsp butter unsalted
    1 cup Sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
    3/4 tsp baking SODA
    3/4 tsp salt
    2/3 Cup Lactaid milk

Tips

I did a tweaked version with a whisk because I couldn't bother with a mixer. To achieve this I melted the butter out completely and mixed it separately with the eggs and vanilla. I added the dry ingredients together in one bowl (even sugar). I whisked in the milk last.


Directions

Soften Butter in Microwave or make sure its room temperature
Cream Butter and sugar
Add vanilla
add eggs one at a time
add vanilla extract
In separate bowl mix dry ingredients (flour baking SODA, salt)
add to the egg mixture
mix in the milk
add 3 - 4 tablespoon measues to each cupcake slot. bake 20-25 mins at 350 degrees
