Chicken Salad with apples and walnuts and celery Chicken Salad with apples and walnuts and celery
Number of Servings: 6


    baked and diced 3 chicken breasts
    1 chopped apple
    3 stalks chopped celery
    1/4 C chopped walnuts
    1 T lemon juice
    6 T mayo
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 T dill weed
    Mix together and chill.


I have made this with grapes and water chestnuts instead of walnuts and apples. And I have made it with half sour cream and half mayo if I have it.


Cut up chicken breasts into smaller even pieces and bake in 350 oven for 20 mins. Cut into smaller 1/2 " pieces.

Serving Size: makes 6 large sandwiches.
