    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Almonds slivered No Name - 1/3 cup
    *Flax Seed, .5 tbsp
    *Soy Vey Veri Veri Teriyaki, 3 tbsp
    Quinoa, .25 c dry (.5 c cooked)
    .5 tsp olive oil

Directions

rinse and cook the quinoa according to instructions, set aside.
Saute almonds and flax seed in .5 tsp olive oil, add cabbage and soy vey.
poor saute mixture over quinoa
