Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 c milk
    2 T sugar
    1 1/4 c flour
    1/4 t salt
    1 t baking powder

Directions

Beat egg & milk. Add mixed dry ingredients. Pour batter in funnel and drop into 1 1/2 - 2 cups oil. cook 1-2 minutes per side.

Serving Size: makes 6 - 8 inch cakes
