Ingredients

    1 Avocado
    1/2 Medium Tomato
    1 Slice Onion
    2 Tbsp Cilantro
    1/2 Lime
    To taste - Himalayan Sea Salt & Pepper
    Water

Directions

Cut avocado in half and remove seed. Use spoon to scoop avocado flesh into blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and as much water as it takes to get it starting to blend. You can add as much water as you like. The more you add the thinner it gets. I prefer to keep it fairly thick for my taste.

Serving Size: makes about 4 - 2/3 cups servings - this is a large servings so it could be cut down for those who don't like as much dressing.
