Directions

CUT PORK INTO SMALL CUBES AND SIMMER IN 2 CUPS WATER IN SAUCE PAN TIL TENDER. WHLE PORK IS SIMMERING SPRAY PAN WITH PAM AND SAUTE ONION GARLIC AND POTATOES UNTIL SLIGHTLY DONE DO NOT COOK FULLY
WATER IN PORK SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN 1 1/4 C WATER LEFT ADD TOMATO SAUCE, BAY LEAVE AND POTATO MIXTURE TO PAN WITH PORK ADD DRIED CHILI AND SIMMER UNTIL PORK IS TENDER AND POTATOES ARE COOKED ADD 1/2 C PEAS AND RAISINS SIMMER ADDITIONAL 5 MINTUES
