Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb of lite Kielbasa or Turkey Kielbasa sliced and cooked and cooled
    4 cups of cooked and drained eggnoodles
    2 cans of drained suaerkraut
    2 cans of healthy request or 98 percent ff Cream of mushroom soup
    2 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*. In a large bowl combine sausage, noodles, and sauerkraut. Add soup, seeds and pepper. Mix well to combine and pour into a 9x13 baking pan sprayed with pam. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncver and bake and additional 15.

Serving Size: makes about 8 1 cup servings- divide 8x13 pan into 8 equal servings
