Ingredients

    1 pint (2 cups) grape tomatoes, halved
    1 diced haas avocado
    juice of 1 lime
    large pinch of salt to taste (nutrition calculated for .25 tsp.)
    chopped cilantro to taste (nutrition calculated for 3 T)
    1 medium scallions (green onions), diced
    1 ear of fresh corn, removed from cob
    1 T canola oil (optional - included in nutrition calculation)
    1 can drained black beans
