Ingredients

    1 haas avocado
    2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tbsp pure maple syrup
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Tips

This is good on its own, or you can dunk vegan cookies in it, pile berries on top, or put in vegan pie crusts.


Directions

Remove avocado flesh from the skin and pit.

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

You can eat it immediately, but it will firm up in the refrigerator. Eat within 2 days.
