Introduction

Fantasized about apricot Almond Granola as I was falling asleep. The next day, I worked up this recipe. Any combination of nuts and fruit-sweetened preserves would work. Experiment! Ingredients

    1.75 cups Oats
    2 T dried Coconut (11 grams)
    1/4 cup Almonds sliced
    2 T Coconut Oil
    1/4 cup Polaner All Fruit with fiber Apricot
    1/2 t Almond Extract

Tips

Apricot flavor is subtle. Might want to add some dried apricots.


Directions

Melt oil and preserves in microwave until pourable. Add almond extract, stir gently. Combine wet + dry ingredients. Spread evenly on a cooky sheet.

Bake @ 350 for 15-25 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring midway through cooking time.
