Ingredients

    1 cup Krusteaz honey Wheat pancake mix
    1 egg
    1egg white
    add water until runny

Directions

Heat pan at Medium heat. Grease frying pan with preferred oil or butter, Pour in1/3 cup of mix. quickly swirl mix around to make a thin circle and let cook until the edges start to slightly dry out and raise. Flip and lower the heat to low. Wait for 2 minutes to brown and then remove from heat.
