Introduction

Ingredients

    1 prepared Graham Cracker Crust (I used Keebler)
    2 cans Fat Free Condensed Milk
    3 Egg Yolks
    1 cup Lemon Juice
    1 container Fat Free Cool Whip

Tips

I like a lot of lemon flavor, so sometimes I even squeeze a whole lemon in as well.


Directions

Beat condensed milk and eggs in bowl with whisk till combined. Whisk in the lemon juice till combined. Pour into crust, cover and freeze till set. Once set, top pie with cool whip and freeze till you are ready to serve.

Serving Size: I usually cut the pie into 8 slices.
