Ingredients

    2 c yellow mustard
    0.5 c honey
    1 c molasses
    0.5 c cider vinegar
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    0.5 tsp oregano, dried
    0.5 tsp thyme, dried
    0.5 tsp black pepper, black
    1 tsp soy sauce
    1 tsp Colgin Natural Hickory Liquid Smoke
    3 lb pork tenderloin

Tips

The meat is done when you can easily pull the pork apart with two forks - should be at least 160F.


Directions

Add all of the ingredients except for the pork to your slow cooker and turn it on high.
Stir ingredients until mixed
Add pork, cut into sections so that all of the pork is covered with sauce.
Cook on high for 6-8 hours
Pour out the barbecue sauce and simmer in a pot on the stove to reduce the sauce and make it less liquid
Pull the pork while waiting for the sauce to simmer
Add the sauce back to the pork
Serve
