Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

1 Box of Pillsbury Moist Supreme Classic Yellow Cake Mix (Sugar Free / Splenda sweetened)
    1 c. Water
    3 Eggs
    1 c. Unsweetened Applesauce
2 cans Sugar Free Apple Pie Filling

    For the Frosting
1 can of Pillsbury Sugar free Frosting
1 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice (or can you Apple Pie Spice if you don't like the tartness of the other spice)

Tips

To make them taste even more like apple pie, when making the cake mix, put in Applesauce instead of oil!
Serve them warm, also.

Directions

Pre-Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix together cake mix by blending with spatula until well moistened. Use a kitchen blender for 2 minutes until evenly smooth. Use one can of apple pie filling and blend well in mixture. Then prepare cupcake pan (I prefer a pan of 12 cupcakes) with liners. Put a little of the cake mix in, then spoon some pie filling into the cups, and top off with more cake mix.

Cook in a dozen cupcake pan for 10-15 min, then repeat for the other 12 that it makes. Enjoy!
