    4 Red Potatoes
    1.5 Tbsp Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp Vinegar
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/4 C diced Dill Pickles
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp Chopped Onion

    Salt & Pepper to taste


Cut potatoes in large chunks, leaving skin on. Boil until cooked thoroughly. Drain and set aside to cool.

In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients.

When the potatoes are cool to the touch, toss in with all ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Yields 6 servings.

    Didn't have lots of flavor. Would probably add more mustard or pickle relish, if I decided to make it again. Love the love calories though. - 3/24/08
